Canterbury Last Day

Mostly a quiet day…. We walked to Kitch for breakfast and took some photos along the way. We passed the Beaney House of Art & Knowledge, Canterbury’s central museum, library and art gallery. Built in 1899, it was closed from 2009 to 2012 for refurbishment.

Hugh also spotted a dunking chair over the River Stour on our walk to breakfast. There is indeed a dunking chair—a replica of a medieval dunking chair.

After breakfast, we caught the train to London.
