My friend Deb and I have been attempting a World War II trip of Poland for about three years… in August 2019 we actually did it.
Deb and I met at O’Hare Airport in Chicago and boarded a flight to Frankfurt with a connecting flight to Krakow. The tour would start in Krakow, in the south, and end in Gdansk, in the north.

After perusing the Frankfurt airport, I entertained myself with the reflections of the airport floor, trying to take one that depicted I was in an airport. This was one of the better attempts. Something to try again, another trip.
