Wednesday we drove to Mammoth Hot Springs. It was a long drive from our hotel and we did stop off in the Tetons at Oxbow Bend Overlook for a few early morning shots.

The drive was longer than we anticipated partially due to road construction and the slow speeds through Yellowstone.  Intellectually you understand that Yellowstone is a LARGE park but seeing it at 25 miles an hour gives you a totally different appreciation of the size. 

The first group of shots is from near the Oxbow Bend Overlook in the Grand Tetons.  The remainder of the photos are from Mammoth Hot Springs.
