After driving south, we decided to look north, so we drove north of Denia and followed the coast down.  We liked that area better, but still not as much as we liked the area northwest of Barcelona.  We had visited that in 2024.  

But like all good tourists, we needed a local meal and found a restaurant near the harbor.  Hugh decided he wanted to try paella, again.  He is convinced there must be a paella that he would like.  As we were in what appeared to be a local, not tourist restaurant, I agreed to share a paella with him.  The dish had to be ordered for two people.

GUESS WHAT, PAELLA WHO KNEW.  I still don’t like it. But again the dessert and a couple of glasses of local wine saved the meal.
