Morning in the Cambodian countryside

My tide
John, my driver.
Drying rice
Watering the okra
Weeding
Spraying rice fields for worms
Cutting grass for the cows
Waterbuffalo eating leftover rice

I had a fantastic morning in the countryside around Siem Reap, watching children going to school, shopkeepers at the local market, and then seeing the farms, even the waterbuffalo posed for me. Everyone was so friendly and didn’t mind me intruding on their mornings. The man cutting grass shocked me, as he spoke English to me. What lovely memories I have!
