RESTAURANTE LA PAELLA
We spent one day driving south of Alicante to see what it was like. We had been told the southeast coast had many UK transplants and that English spoken by many locals. We did see lots of signs in English but were unimpressed with the environment, maybe it was too much like Phoenix. It seemed arid without much vegetation.
So after a day of drivings, we decided to drive into Alicante again, as see if we could find a parking space near a recommended restaurant. Afte Googling what all the colored lines on the meant, which color was a no parking zone, etd we were successful.
We had dinner at La Paella. Now I have no memory of the meal I ordered, but the dessert is a VERY fond memory. Wonder if I can make profiteroles at home!
The Alicante Airbnb we stayed in is listed as Villa in Alicante on the Airbnb site. If you go say hi to Jonathan for me, he was an outstanding host.
