We decided to stay on the boat, in St. Gilles the first night, to get groceries and setting. So on Tuesday we headed out to Aigues-Mortes.  Timothy took the role as captain, although Julianna did a couple of short stints at the wheel,

We mostly enjoyed the scenery along the Canal du Rhone a Sete.  Much to our surprise we saw the Camargue Horses within the first few hours of motoring.  It was so exciting to see and photograph them.  Now the image I had in my mind was of them running through water, with spray all around them.  Well that didn’t quite materialize.
