Our last night in Fairbanks and we had another fantastic night of auroras. This time we headed to Chena Lake Recreation Area.

Seeing the auroras was a bucket list item for me.  I remembered seeing them from my home in New York when I was growing up.  But clearly Fairbanks put on a better show.  It was great fun to see them and to get the opportunity to photograph them.
